We are a Uk Based Company which ships worldwide.
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Our international orders we ship via Royal Mail Tracked international.
These services enable us to offer you the most cost effective service, while still offering a fully tracked service.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it.
Yes, if you contact us at hello@knottyknotty.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.
We want you to be very happy with your products that you purchase from us.
However, if you are unhappy with your products or it arrives damaged, then please contact us by email hello@knottyknotty.co.uk (hello@knottyknotty.co.uk)within 48 hours to advise us, along with images to show the problem.
Returns are not normally accepted, and any products returned are sent at the cost of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, as damaged returns cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns in paper or padded mailers. If you want to check the status of your return, please email hello@knottyknotty.co.uk and provide tracking information.
Once we have refunded your order, it can take 3 to 5 working days to reach your bank account, but this may vary on your bank provider.
We are not offering gift wrap or boxes at this time.
All our products are designed in house by our illustrator. We are a small team of two and are inspired by imagination, the natural world and the joy of everyday, but we are also loosely inspired by trends. We always start with a theme and then begin the research process and build a colour palette before doing any design work. We then begin drawing and this is where our collections really come alive!
If you contact hello@knottyknotty.co.uk (hello@knottyknotty.co.uk)within 24 hours of placing your order, we will be able to update your delivery address for you. However, after this time and once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change your address.
All our orders are shipped by Royal Mail. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If you have any trouble, please contact hello@knottyknotty.co.uk
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by Royal Mail, but you have not received it; please contact us at hello@knottyknotty.co.uk
If your tracking information states that your package was not delivered (lost in transit) by Royal Mail within the anticipated time period, please contact us immediately.
We will look into the situation and if the package is lost in transit by Royal Mail we will issue a refund, credit or reship the order.
No, the duties and tax for shipping are the customers responsibility.
